To help explain things as clearly as possible in this Return & Refund Policy, every time any of these terms are referenced, are strictly defined as:

  • Company: when this policy mentions “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” it refers to Morris and teal, that is responsible for your information under this Return & Refund Policy.
  • Customer: refers to the company, organization or person that signs up to use the Morris and teal Service to manage the relationships with your consumers or service users.
  • Device: any internet connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer or any other device that can be used to visit Morris and teal and use the services.
  • Service: refers to the service provided by Morris and teal as described in the relative terms (if available) and on this platform.

  • You: a person or entity that is registered with Morris and teal to use the Services.

 

 

Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Morris and teal. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy smart home and beauty tools. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Morris and teal. By placing an order or making a purchase at Morris and Teal, you agree to the terms set forth below along with the Privacy Policy.

If the product purchased is defected in any way, or if you are not happy with it, we allow 30 days for a full refund.  Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns after the 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

We at Morris and Teal, commit ourselves to serve our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.

Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order in which you will be informed in advance 

We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that Morris and teal is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) such as:

Items with obvious signs of use. Any item not in its original condition is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will be deemed as non-returnable items.

  

RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  Depending on your banking institution, will determine the amount of days till your refund is dispersed.  

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please use the Contact Us the top of the page and send us an email. We will reply within 24 hours of hearing from you.

   

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email by clicking the contact us at the top of this page.

We make sure to answer all emails within a 24 hour timeframe.

  

SHIPPING:

In returning your product, please email us for complete instructions as we will respond within 24 hours. However, you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
